Motivation, the word created by the word motive. This means to motivate a person to do something, or to get decided goals. Motivation means to inspire, instigate and encourage a person to do his best for his specified goals. Motivation compel a man to think, "If I can't, then I must" and this make man successful. Motivation tells that, "Here is test to find whether your mission on earth is finished, if you are alive, it can't". It is an positive thinking, a man who had it, means that he is inspired to get everything which he want to get. Motivation change life like miracle, that miracle which changes life not in few hours but in few seconds, but the most important thing is that this must be positive motivation and the man who observes it, get it with core of his heart.
